| CCPlus has been retained by the world-famous telecom company Ericsson since 2006 as its corporate communications agency of record. The main task of the agency for Ericsson is to build on the company’s success story in Egypt and the region and ensure its positioning as the leading expert network and telecom solutions provider. One of the approaches in serving the corporate interests of Ericsson by CCPlus was to underscore the company's role as a “professional educator” to the press in the telecom industry. CCPlus writes up and circulates to selected, specialized and other media professionally-written press releases, advertorials and other relevant materials. As with the other clients of the Agency, CCPlus provides the major telecom firm with daily and periodical news monitoring reports and media analyses and it manages on its behalf all the array of traditional and innovative aspects of media relations that include, among others, organizing and following up on press conferences, media interactions and special communication events. On at least one occasion, CCPlus served Ericsson beyond the borders of Egypt in one of the North African countries. |
