- Develop ongoing communication channels between employees and management, utilizing various tools that include but are not limited to Intranet, newsletters, bulletins, surveys, events, seminars, sports, contests and field trips.
- Create motivation and engagement programs to enhance awareness of company operations and build employees’ commitment to their company strategy’s and mission.
- Design and implement loyalty schemes that help employees realize how their company “cares” for their wellbeing.
