- Social audit to ascertain the business’ impact in focus area(s)
- Designing a CSR program for most effective intervention in focus area(s)
- Identification of appropriate beneficiaries in close consultation with the client.
- Monitoring and evaluating structure, process and impact of CSR programs
- CSR Communications: making stakeholders, including the customers, employees, shareholders and the wider community aware of the CSR programs and their impacts.
